We may help you to take a tour over the river to watch proboscis monkeys and fireflies. The tour includes: taxi transportation to a jetty on the river (about 1.5-2 hours trip, much better and cheaper if you have your own/rented car), boat trip along the river to find and watch monkeys, dinner and refreshments,  transfer to another place, second boat trip to see fireflies, return back to the resort.
